Description: Upon returning from crashing on the Pikmin planet, you find that the company you work for has gone bankrupt. Olimar’s boss sends him along with Louie, another employee, back to the Pikmin planet to find treasures and earn 10,000 Pokos (their currency) to save the company. Pikmin 2 also introduces two new kinds of Pikmin, the purple Pikmin which are ten times stronger than regular Pikmin, but are slower, and white Pikmin, which aren’t as strong, but are resistant to poison and really fast.

Pros: Two new kinds of Pikmin, another control person to help manage, less restrictive feel to game play.

Cons: Can only have 100 Pikmin between Olimar and Louie, takes a while before you can get a map, messages between days get annoying.
